Radiador F1 italian style

The F1 radiator is the result of a project developed by our R&D&I department with an entirely Italian style and own definition.

The design finish is attractive, refined and minimalist, taking maximum care down to the smallest detail, to give rise to our new generation of innovative radiators, with a greater internal water flow, thus generating the best radiator on the market, for low temperature operation ΔT 30ºC.

PAINT TREATMENT

The paint treatment, carried out with two layers and two coats, is unique in the sector. It is executed by immersing the element in a bath with electrophoresis treatment; the cleaning process reaches all the areas of the radiator.

FIRST LAYER

Carried out by anaphoretic immersion bath, with epoxy resin paint. This process is entirely robotised, computer-controlled until the end of the development as well as by supervisors, technically leaving the element with an unbeatable finish. It then goes on to the oven painting chain for natural drying.

SECOND LAYER

After assessing the element and passing the quality control, a second automated coat is applied with epoxy resins, with a finer micron finish to give our F1 Radiator an elegant and stylish aspect.

PACKAGING

The element batteries are protected with bubble sheeting and placed in cardboard packaging that covers the entire radiator battery, providing 100% protection against possible damage due to impact.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

  • Do not isolate the radiator from the installation.
  • Protect the installation with safety systems, either centralised or individual.
  • We recommend fitting automatic bleeders.
  • Place the element ≥13 cm from the floor and ≥3 cm from the rear wall, leaving
  • a distance of ≥11 cm from the upper part.
  • Both the cock and the valve must be correctly adjusted, not closing them at any time.
